The structure also functions as a petting zoo, and it is home to schools of all levels to carry out educational activities, centered precisely on the study of nature and the environment.

All the activities that are being proposed are designed to encourage and promote the historical memory, remembrance and commemoration of local traditions, based on the art of handmade crafts, love for the land, the virtuous principle of farm, the taste for the simple things and the attention to the everyday life and work. The farm Dai du bourdei offers guided tours in company with the presentation of one or more production or ecological issues .

The visit is usually followed by a classroom discussion with guests from some simple practical exercises useful to actively involve the children in the learning process and also by projections that incorporate the direct experience of living on the farm.
